Bastards of the Party
1)Police chief William H. Parker
He is going to take place in alot of things like in accidents d some illegaly staff, I think he is going to be helping out the people that needed more like the poor people and everything, the chief william is going to be part of the hole movie.

and mid west and it tookk place from 1941 through world war ll and lasted until 1970.
